Welcome to the world of Smart Endo — a platform dedicated to improving the landscape of endometriosis awareness and management. My mission is to provide practical solutions, empower individuals, and guide those living with the disease towards greater control over their lives and health. Endometriosis occurs when tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside of it, often causing severe pain, heavy menstrual bleeding, chronic fatigue, and sometimes infertility. However, the list of symptoms can extend far beyond these; it can be a full-body experience. Endo has been found in almost every organ of the body, and each location will present with its own impact and symptoms. For many, the road to diagnosis is long, arduous, and filled with uncertainty, as the condition is often dismissed as people “just having bad cramps”. At Smart Endo, I am committed to changing this narrative. Through my Instagram community (@smart.endo), I’ve created a safe and empowering space where people with endometriosis can share their experiences, find solidarity, and access meaningful support.

Even though endometriosis awareness is growing, there is still so much work to be done. My book, Endo Smart, arrives at a moment where those affected by the condition are still desperately searching for hope and answers to their questions. Whether you’re seeking to better understand the disease, your symptoms, explore treatment options, or simply find validation for your experiences, this resource is here to break down what we know so far and inspire you to take charge of your health, your body, and your future. Smart Endo offers clarity, support, and actionable strategies to those who feel lost. Through education and guidance, I help individuals recognise the signs, navigate the diagnostic process, and advocate for themselves with healthcare providers. I believe managing endometriosis goes beyond addressing physical symptoms — it’s about caring for the whole person. That’s why I take a holistic approach, offering advice on mental health, self-care, lifestyle strategies, and building a support network. Together, we can tackle not only the medical challenges of endometriosis but also the societal stigmas that have silenced people’s pain for far too long.

My goal is to combine scientific knowledge with lived experience, making complex medical information accessible and relatable to everyone. Together, we can create a world where no one with endometriosis feels unheard or unsupported. Awareness and understanding are the first and perhaps most powerful steps in that journey.
